A recovered-sale fee is charged only when an eligible order is successfully paid. Email reminders and unsuccessful recovery attempts are not charged.
How does billing work?
Both the monthly subscription and recovered-sale fees apply. Shopify uses 30-day billing cycles and confirms the effective date and any billing-currency conversion before approval. At 10 recovered sales on Free or 30 on Starter, new recovery automation pauses until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. Previously started sequences may finish, but additional recoveries are not charged.

Does REVORY change my checkout?
No. REVORY works with the data available in Shopify and the payment methods configured in your store.
Does it work with ifthenpay, euPago and easypay?
Yes. REVORY is designed to recognise opportunities associated with Shopify methods and compatible external PSPs.
Can I customise the emails?
Yes. Messages can follow your store's visual identity and tone.
How are recovery fees calculated?
Each eligible recovered sale has a fixed USD fee: $1.50 on Free, $0.80 on Starter, $0.40 on Pro and $0.25 on Scale. Enterprise has custom terms. This is a fee per order, not a percentage of its value.
Does REVORY send messages automatically?
Automations depend on your configuration and the status of each payment method. You control the rules and sending in the app.
Do I need to change my store's code?
No. Installation is handled through Shopify and REVORY does not replace your store's checkout.
